Shipping Policy
At Anita East Medispa, we aim to deliver your purchases promptly. We use reputable courier services for product delivery. Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. Please note, delivery times can vary based on your location. Any custom duties or taxes imposed by your country, as per Australian law, are your responsibility.
Refund Policy
We adhere to the Australian Consumer Law at Anita East Medispa. If a product you purchase from us is not of acceptable quality, not fit for its intended purpose, or does not match the description, you have the right to ask for a repair, replacement, or refund under the law.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with original packaging.
Upon receipt of your item, we will inspect it and notify you. We will immediately inform you about the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be received within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the product is faulty or not as described, we will bear the return shipping cost. However, if you change your mind, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund due to a change of mind, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellations & Refunds
Running Late for Your Appointment?
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Our receptionists will do their best to see if our clinicians can accommodate you if they have time after your original booking slot. Due to how fully booked we are, your consultation or treatment may have to be shortened, or it may not be possible at all if it impacts other patients already booked in. In this scenario, you will forfeit your booking fee.
No Shows
A specific time and date is reserved for you, and your $50 booking fee guarantees this. If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment, you will forfeit your booking fee.
If you have a history of consistent no-shows, lateness, cancellations, or continual booking changes, Anita East Medispa reserves the right to cancel any future appointments with you.
Follow Ups & Treatment Reviews
Like any medical procedure, results are never guaranteed. They can vary, expectations can differ, and complications do occasionally occur. This is explained in your consultation and consent process prior to any treatment.
All feedback is welcomed, and Anita East Medispa will happily review any concerns you may have. Every face is unique, and every patient has different expectations of what is normal after a treatment. It's often a case of re-discussing the process, going over what the treatment was for, re-explaining the technique used, and recapping what was expected post-treatment. Occasionally, a fine-tuning of your treatment might be indicated.
But whatever the issue is, please book in for a complimentary review appointment by calling or emailing the clinic.
Emergencies & Out of Hours Contact
If you think you have an emergency post-procedure that is out of regular business hours, please contact Anita directly on 0422141551 strictly for emergencies only. Document everything that you are worried about, describe the issue, and take some good quality photos or videos of the issue on your phone. Text this information to Anita on 0422141551. Anita will triage the information as soon as she can and contact you.
Please contact Anita East Medispa in the first instance as often your GP and ED staff, being non-cosmetically trained, may not know the best course of treatment. If you are having a medical emergency, please call 000 immediately.
Complaints
Anita East Medispa will treat you with the respect and dignity that you deserve in your consultation. She will also be very honest about what can and can't be done. As a result, cosmetic consultations or treatments can, in rare circumstances, be confronting for patients. They can stir up deep-seated emotions for several reasons and occasionally, treatments may be refused if they aren't appropriate.
In contrast, treatments can also boost patients' confidence. It is important to balance this and treat in an appropriate, well-planned manner. Again, Anita East Medispa clinicians will reserve the right to treat our patients in a way that we feel is in your best interests.
If you aren't happy with something that occurs before, during, or after your treatment, please let us know. We recommend doing this in a brief email, describing what happened. Refusal of Treatment
Anita East Medispa staff aims to be polite and accommodating. In return, we ask that our patients treat us in the same manner. Rude, threatening behaviour or similar phone calls, texts, or emails will not be tolerated. Medical procedures require trust between a clinician and their patient. In this rare circumstance, Anita East Medispa may reserve the right to refuse treatments and cancel future bookings.
