Returns Policy

We adhere to the Australian Consumer Law at Anita East Medispa. If a product you purchase from us is not of acceptable quality, not fit for its intended purpose, or does not match the description, you have the right to ask for a repair, replacement, or refund under the law. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with original packaging. Upon receipt of your item, we will inspect it and notify you. We will immediately inform you about the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be received within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the product is faulty or not as described, we will bear the return shipping cost. However, if you change your mind, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund due to a change of mind, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
